Linseeds (Part 2)




 
Dosage: 2 coffee spoons of grinded linseed daily

Some facts about linseed!
  1. Canada is currently the main producer.
  2. Brown and yellow linseed are different only by colors. 
  3. Linseed contain some kind of cholesterol that can improve your immune system.
What you should know!

1. Buy untreated linseed that are processing or processed. The type that are processed is more convenient to use, type of processing is not to be so.
2. Unprocessed linseed is usually placed in a sealed container or iron box. If you buy the canned one, please pay attention and check boxes in case they are not sealed or make sure there is no moisture.
3. Do not eat, use unprocessed linseed, as this will take a lot of nutritional importance, only processed linseed have the plant growth hormone which has good effect.
